[asterisk-users] Call go into a HOLD music instead

When I dial one extension to the other, I get the call go into a HOLD music instead of rining the other extention. Both extensions are SIP Softphone.
 
Following is the Asterisks CLI commandline log
 
    -- Executing [700 at from-internal:1] Park("SIP/500-08276430", "") in new stack    -- Started music on hold, class 'default', on SIP/500-08276430  == Parked SIP/500-08276430 on 701 at parkedcalls. Any thoughts how to get the call to successfully dial and get both the extensions to talk?
