Given that I've seen at least 4 people using the code in my git fork
(http://github.com/davies147/astmanproxy/tree/master) successfully, I
have asked Dave to resync my changes to his master git repository, so
as of some time yesterday, they should both be the same, and
http://github.com/davetroy/astmanproxy/tree/master is the main source
for astmanproxy.
