[asterisk-users] Queue Question

Hi,

 

In queues realtime, when the queue start and when it ends.

I mean, for example to calculate service level, how many calls, etc.

If I want to start the queue from with 0 calls, etc, how do I do this? And
if I want to stop it, so I can start it again??
