Yes, this is for recording. Take a look at
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+Queue and check some of
the links in the "See also" section at the bottom of the page. Google
for asterisk+queue+stats and you will find others. Check the list
archives for some more.
