[asterisk-users] remove queue call

I got the message below after I issue the soft hangup.
sip01*CLI> soft hangup Local/*03 at atxfer-07a4,2
Local/*03 at atxfer-07a4,2 is not a known channel

Any other way to kill the call without affecting other queues and calls?
