There used to be an "iax2 debug trunk" commmand, which now seems to have
been migrated to the new syntax "iax2 set debug trunk on".  If the
command is like it used to be, it'll give you the information you're
looking for.  (Yes, I'm too lazy/busy to setup an IAX2 trunk right now
and test it myself.)
