[asterisk-users] ZTDUMMY Running but IAX2 message:Unable to support trunking on peer 'XXXXXXXX' without zaptel timing

Most likely Asterisk has been built without zaptel support. (if you 
built Asterisk first then zaptel second, this will happen)

Rebuild Asterisk.
