And do I need to run #modprobe wcfxs / #modprobe wcfxs
or I have to run #modprobe wctdm? What is the
difference?

No.

modprobe will load all the modules on which your
module depends first.
wctdm depends on zaptel, and hence it would first load
zaptel and later
load wctdm.
