[asterisk-users] Maximum retries exceeded on transmission

Tom,
The device is voxbone from voxbone.com . I am using a DID as an access number...it worked with same config with asterisk 1.2.12 and a2billing 1.2.3, but doesn't work with asterisk 1.4.11 and a2billing 1.3 

Can you tell me what am I missing?
