[asterisk-users] Queue with cell phones

Hi,
 
I'd like to set Asterisk to use cell phone as members of a queue.  The thing
is, because people go offline and online in an unreliable way, I'd like to
have some way to define that if somebody does not answer a call (and isn't
already on a queue call), he's considered offline for 60 minutes, than the
queue can try him again.
 
Is this (or something similar) possible?
