Hi,
Don't know about any e-book. However to get started with SIP you can go
through the book Practical VIOP using Vocal or Carrier Grade Voice Over IP.

best thing would be to read the rfc's rahter than any book ...
read rfc3261 ... u could follow it up with other rfcs ....
