Here is my tutorial:

1. Install TDM400 card.
2. Install Xen.
3. Create domU, install guest OS.
4. Install Asterisk on guest OS.
5. Spend the next three weeks trying to get Asterisk to run stable on domU.
6. Give up and install Asterisk on normal operating system.
