[asterisk-users] Remote Phone and Server Behind NAT

I have an asterisk Server (2.1.17) behind NAT with a static IP and port forwarding enabled.  The remote SIP phone is also behind NAT.     
   
  I've gotten them to work except when I specify a secret.    When there is a secret configured the phone can not authorize.     Has anyone gotten this to work?
