[asterisk-users] help MWI setting

Hi, I am configuring an asterisk PBX system. I had everything working but
MWI. Can someone provides me hints on how to set up MWI? I have one entry
in voicemail.conf "9003=>123,Tom,abc at xyz.com.". Also I configured a phone
to send subscribe message to astereisk "SUBSCRIBE sip:9003 at 10.10.150.154
SIP/2.0" with event package "message-summary". Asterisk responses this
subscripbe msg with a "200 OK". One call forward no answer leads the call
to voicemail box 9003 and a voicemail was left in mailbox 9003. I did not
see any notify message being sent out. Any help would be highly
appreciated. Thanks in advance, -Ray
