libpri does not support CFU, CFB, and so on.  The DMS100 variant of ECT 
(called RLT) works as well.  ECT for any other switch types doesn't 
work right now, although Q.SIG support was just added in libpri-trunk, 
so 1.6 will support that whenever it is released.
