The MeetMe application requires a timing source.  This can either be a
telephony card (such as a Digium PCI card), or the ztdummy kernel module
that is part of the zaptel package.  If you don't have a telephony card
in your machine, compile and install zaptel and load the ztdummy kernel
module before starting Asterisk.
