[asterisk-users] WAV49 output in sox

An Asterisk recorded WAV49 file shows this:
./relocation/3425/busy.WAV: RIFF (little-endian) data, WAVE audio, GSM
6.10, mono 8000 Hz
I'm not all that familiar with exactly how to translate this into sox
output options.
