[asterisk-users] Suggestion for installation

Hi to all,
till now I've used SER as sip registrar and Asterisk as its gateway(PSTN)
and for billing.
Now, I've received a request to setup a solution, for 5000 + o - users(this
is what they expext to have).
I was thinking to use only Asterisk with Freeradius, no SER.
Any suggestion/experience?
