I found out that DTLS is in openSSL 0.9.8. This is available with 
Redhat/Centos 5.

So the code is there. Perhaps just configuring it to some ports may 
force use of DTLS? Just like you do with TLS. Well in 2 weeks is IETF, 
and I can ask Eric directly; its his RFC.
