Thanks for the reply. Had tried that... no effect :(
Niether does the module get unloaded, nor is there any change in its usecount.

In fact, the usecount went on increasing to 4, one for every 'zaptel
restart' i did. The figure stabilized at 4 irrespective of further
reloadings... . Wierd.

Any clue ? further pointers ?
