We add misdn support by compiling misdn1.1.4

Yes. But if we rmmod the wctdm24xxp module, modprobe it again, Asterisk
is not starting anymore we have to reboot it. Our problem is near the
one from the thread
"problem starting asterisk, unable to load chan_zap" opened by Sebastian
Reitenbach. We always get
Jun 13 13:05:41 WARNING[3356] chan_zap.c: Unable to specify channel 1: No
such device or address
Jun 13 13:05:41 ERROR[3356] chan_zap.c: Unable to open channel 1: No such
device or address
here = 0, tmp->channel = 1, channel = 1
Jun 13 13:05:41 ERROR[3356] chan_zap.c: Unable to register channel '1-2'
Jun 13 13:05:41 WARNING[3356] loader.c: chan_zap.so: load_module failed,
returning -1
Jun 13 13:05:41 DEBUG[3356] channel.c: Unregistering channel type 'Zap'
Jun 13 13:05:41 WARNING[3356] loader.c: Loading module chan_zap.so failed!
What is to notice is the <Unable to register channel '1-2'> Why those
two channels?

The channels are showned as they should. From looking logs and commands
inside Asterisk, everything looks fine. Sorry to be not able to copy
output of the command, I can't connect to the server at this time. But
tht's one of the first thing I tested.

Ok, but compiling mISDN1.1.4 from misdn.org should do the trick ...
