[asterisk-users] Caller ID Spoofing to be banned in the USA

Anyone know if this is only to "bother some one" ? I have a client that has a consulting business. The clients call in and his asterisk server call's his cell when he is out of the office. It passes along the CID. I hope the laws don't screw this up for those that change CID on every call for legitimate reasons.
