What does unmonitored mean in the below reference?

Ref:
CLI> meetme list 1111

User #: 02         5664 <no name>            Channel: SIP/5664-0096b660    (unmonitored)
2 users in that conference.

Also, is there a way to see durations via meetme CLI?
