[asterisk-users] API: how to bridge originated call?

this sounds great!
three questions if you don't mind:
1. how is this fitting into 1.6?
2. are there some directions I can follow for downloading the right
source and applying your patches?
3. is there a central place for doc on your patches? (if not I would
be more than happy to write it)
