${DIALEDPEERNUMBER} would give it to me if I sliced it up.
exten => s,n,Set(Foo=${CUT(DIALEDPEERNUMBER,@,2)})
exten => s,n,Set(Foo=${CUT(Foo,/n,1)})

Are there any better options?
