I have not tried disabling the onboard IRQ. I think at this time, I am
just going to order a server from MBX (they use SuperMicro boards) and be
done with Dell for servers. The server we are trying to replace is an
IBM. I'll stick with Dell for my web servers, but VoIP is going to be MBX.
