[asterisk-users] recording issues

hi

I am using asterisk in my production environment and i have a problem
recording the calls.
I use Monitor command to record the calls in to the same server as asterisk
is running.
Some recorded calls have a problem , like the in channel voice recorded in
delay so the entire recorded conversation  becomes like this\

In actual conversation the Question is spoken first and the answer is
followed but in the recorded file the answer comes first followed by the
Question. 

In the actual call everything seems to be fine . Only in recording we have
this issue and not all the files. We have tried gsm format and wav formats
too. still the problem persists.

Has anyone has this kind of issues? is this the hardware issue ? we are
using zeon cpu and scsci drives with 2 gb of mem. The call follow is
simultaniously 40 calls in a second.
We used licenced g729 codecs. Any one?
