[asterisk-users] asterisk callerid

Fixed.

While trying to locate the fault, I had added a fixed callerid to the
extension I am using to test.  Once I fixed the original problem (dont
know what!), it still wouldnt work because of the fixed callerid

Feeling a bit ... ahhh ... stupid!
