[asterisk-users] scrubbing a call list to remove cell phone numbers

Is it easy to identify the cellphone numbers in your location? For example, here in the UK, mobiles always start 07, so you could use <insert choice of favourite scripting language> to simply kill any numbers starting 07 with a quick string comparison function.
