Yes, I see the output for the ztcfg is de same after I put de jumpers closed.

Now I can see de all channels for de E1 operation mode:

All outputs for /proc/zaptel/* look like this. I don't know why don't
appear any more "(In use)" in the end of each line. The 4th span is
unused.
The red alert still showing... and it's not good to me... :(
Now I'm talking with Technical support from teleco operator (Brasil
Telecom) to confirm de cable standard.
