to clarify what I'm talking about:
I'm referring to the soundpoint ip admin guide for version 1.5 for
example. The <key/> wording is in section 4.6.1.15, or page 113. The
key *numbers* referred to, however, are found in section 3.1.7,
beginning on page 21.
