Alex, ok... so if I wanted to measure jitter to an ITSP I could run
tcpdump to it, and parse the output. According to
http://wiki.wireshark.org/RTP_statistics, I'd have to compare the
timestamp in each RTP packet with the timestamp shown by tcpdump. Looks
kinda complicated.
