[asterisk-users] Slightly OT: SNOM & PoE

I have a batch of 30 that it does not affect.  I also have a batch of
12 that it does effect.  I like the SNOM phones and I think that I
just got a batch missing some shielding or other component.  It is
_very_ noticeable when it happens.
