[asterisk-users] TDM04B Installation Problem

Hi,

I have got a Digium TDM04B card (4 FXO modules installed) and i'm having
problems getting it working.

ztcfg reports the following:

asterisk:~# ztcfg -vv

Zaptel Configuration

Channel map:

Channel 01: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 01)
Channel 02: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 02)
Channel 03: FXS Kewlstart (Default) (Slaves: 03)

4 channels configured.

ZT_CHANCONFIG failed on channel 1: No such device or address (6)


When I do: modprobe zaptel I get the following in the logs:

lspci is showing the following:
