[Asterisk-Users] Where to find error codes

Hi,

Where can you find error codes tables ?
I googled to find that but could find anything.

I guess there is something somewhere in source files showing for each error
code, a text to display but is there also somewhere suggestions that
programmers might leave for systems administators telling them what to check
when encountering things like "WARNING[3155] chan_zap.c: Call specified, but
not found?"
