[asterisk-users] Grandstream GX-2000, doesn't send calls to free lines

Thanks Daniel, your advice helped. It was the call waiting not working,
which I thought was working because I had selected 'No' beside '*Disable
Call-Waiting'. *But for call waiting to work properly, I also needed to
select 'No' beside '*Enable Call Features' *and then dial *70 to enable it
on Asterisk. Now it works perfect.
