[asterisk-users] Stopping putgoing calls after working hours

Dear Lacy

Thx Lacy for this important reminder we engineers do tend sometimes to
forget about all the law part, indeed while I was putting down the
implementation we do have exceptions we have a 24x7 call center and
ofcourse the emergency number.
