[asterisk-users] asterisk and peep tone (network tone)

Hi,
 I need to play a peep tone(to warn that he is going to another network)
before ringing tone, when user is calling to mobile network. But peep tone
must work under certain conditions, when destination is available( if
unavailable - hangup).
Is it possible to do with asterisk?
