To hide the caller ID, do this:

exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX.,1,Set(CALLERID(all)=Unknown<0000000000>)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX.,2,Dial,SIP/${EXTEN:1}@11.22.33.44
