[asterisk-users] Realtime, DUNDi and regexten

It seems that when you use Realtime static and possibly realtime realtime for sip users, that Asterisk fails to create the regexten context for DUNDi.
 
Someone else had the same problem back in July. Doesn't look like they ever had a resolution.

Someone else posted what appears to be the same issue to the bug tracker 3 years ago:

Mark Spencer closed the bug, saying it was a configuration issue, and to use 'includes'. Not sure what he means by that.
 
Has anyone got this to work?
