[Asterisk-Users] Upgrade ONLY asterisk from an AAH install

The upgrade script will not work.  There are detailed instructions at
the AAH Wiki on voip-info.org

Upgrading AAH is not painful at all, as long as you know how to update
the individual pieces yourself.
