Thanks Eleet 
   But in my case it is 4 -FXO ports , and the same
zaptel.conf and zapta.conf , I am using which I copied
it from another machine which has 4 FXO ports and
asterisk running 
   So  there is reason to guess that my secound PC 
hardware is the culprit 
      But I want to confirm it
