There's always a Nokia N80 (available now), or an E-series (E60 etc. due
late June), if your mobile is due for upgrade.

Will do WiFi VOIP handset at the same time as GSM (and WCDMA), I've
never used any of them so I can't comment further. (Can't even find out
if they support WPA).
