Hi Armin!

thanks for the new package - I will try it.

Meanwhile I used the 2.4.27 debian kernel sources, imported the debian 
config, and executed "make dep"

After that I could successfully compile the v3 drivers, but failed 
during config:

  'DIDD' driver load failed. Please check system installation
  (kernel version, missing files)
