[Asterisk-Users] Bristuffed Asterisk: Hangup problems

have you tried EXPLICITLY disabling "busydetect"? It could cause confusion
on digital (BRI & PRI) lines...
If you have "busydetect=yes" in previuos channel definitions, it will be
inherited by your BRI channels also.

Just a thing to try...
