You can use any CAIP-fax software to send and recieve Faxes with an 
Diva-server card.

The chan-capi driever has such functionality, using "capisuite" would be 
another option.

You cannot connect an Faxmachine to an Diva-server card. If you intent 
to connect an Faxmachine to asterisk you should have a look at the 
digium cards available.
