[Asterisk-Users] Problems with TDM400P and FXO modules

The outline is like this :
Board 1 channels 1-4 # channels 1-4
Port 1 unused
Port 2 unused
Port 3 - FXO module - not working
Port 4 - FXO module - working ok
Board 2 - 4 FXO modules - all working ok  # channels 5-8
Board 3 - 4 FXO modules - none works .... #channels 9-12

Any ideeas?
