[Asterisk-Users] Echo still present with Eicon Diva Server 4 Bri

When using Eicon Diva Server, you use chan-capi!
And the zapata.conf is not read by chan-capi. You need to setup
capi.conf. See the example and the README provided by chan-capi package from
chan-capi.org
