No. And yes. Subscriptions work like registrations. A reload/restart
of the
SIP channel is a state change and we start with fresh in-memory
structures.
Registrations and subscriptions will be gone. That's is the idea with
a restart
or reload - to start all over again.
Subscriptions surely work after reboot, provided that the phone re-
subscribes.
Between the reboot/reload and a new subscription there's no active
subscription
any more and we won't notify anyone.
Be careful with reloads out there. They do affect your PBX and
they're meant to.
