[Asterisk-Users] Cracked and sleepy voice

Good Day All !
  Please i will resolve
  1 sleepy and cracked voice on a system using sip the system is not behind nat and is on the same LAN with asterisk server.Note,i noticed timeout on the system whenever i ping it .
   
  2  Also how can i resolve problem on a system that appears the background is noice ,whereas the background is not noisy .
   
  3 How can breaking calls be avoided
